The Launch of FCAB Africa
Financial Capability and Asset Building in Africa (FCAB Africa) is a new strategic partnership among a diverse set of university researchers, social-work and human-service practitioners, financial-service providers, policymakers, and donors. The event marking the launch of the FCAB Africa initiative occurs as part of the conference. The launch event program and agenda may be accessed here.

The event will feature remarks by feature His Excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, and thought leaders experienced in implementing policies and programs that foster financial inclusion. Financial Capability and Asset Building in Africa (FCAB Africa) is a new multinational collaboration to broaden the financial capability of the continent’s vulnerable populations through financial inclusion and professional training.
