C. Eugene Steuerle, author of “Dead Men Ruling,” says it’s entirely possible to make the 21st Century the century of the child. A well-known economist, Dr. Steuerle is an Urban Institute fellow and co-founder of the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center and the Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy. On April 30, he delivered a lecture at the Brown School as a Center for Social Development 20th Anniversary event.
