​The Work & Livable Lives Conference addressed current employment-related challenges and how they limit the ability of US households to lead secure and stable lives, raise children successfully, and contribute to the community.

The keynote speaker was Jared Bernstein, Center on Budget and Policy Priorities; former Chief Economist and Economic Adviser to Vice President Joe Biden, executive director of the White House Task Force on the Middle Class
