Catalyzing a Financially Stable Workforce: How to Choose the Right Financial Wellness Program for Employees

Objective: To congregate employers of ranging industries, sizes, backgrounds, and interests to discuss workplace financial wellness programs (FWP) and provide participating employers the tools and resources needed to introduce a FWP to their employees.  Panels and interactive activities will include a variety of researchers, employers, and FWP providers offering insights into workplace FWPs. Attendees will learn about the current financial status of the American workforce, what workplace FWPs are, why they are beneficial for employers, how to select a FWP, and how to foster internal approval and support for a FWP.
