Child Development Account (CDA) research and policy is a rapidly growing and productive body of work. This symposium offered an opportunity to access the state of knowledge on CDAs and related topics, particularly in the United States. The emphasis was on interdisciplinary research and dialogue, and application of knowledge to policy and practice. The symposium was sponsored by the Federal Reserve Banks of St. Louis, New York, and San Francisco; Ford Foundation; Charles Stewart Mott Foundation; New America Foundation; and Center for Social Development.
