Hong Kong: Child Development Fund

We provided policy and research design support to the government of Hong Kong as it developed a proposal for a national Child Development Fund. Under this program, the government would establish Child Development Accounts (CDAs) that low-income families could use to save money for their children’s future and help their children escape an intergenerational cycle of poverty. We continue to consult on a regular basis as the program develops.
