The United Way of Greater St. Louis, in partnership with community-based implementing organizations and key technical assistance providers, implemented an Individual Development Account (IDA) Pilot Program to explore one way in which to build assets in low-income households and communities. The UW IDA Pilot Program design was based on nationwide best practices in addition to input from local implementing organizations and technical assistance providers.
