IDA State Policy Guide: Advancing Public Policies in Support of Individual Development Accounts

This toolkit for developing state policy in support of Individual Development Accounts was designed to aid those interested in proposing IDA legislation at the state level, encouraging state agencies to develop and fund IDA programs, or learning more about cultivating public support for IDAs. The guide includes information on successful legislative strategies, IDA bill language, state and federal policy trends, resources, and more.
