Kourtney Gilbert (she/her/hers) is Social Science Research Manager at the Center for Social Development. Leveraging her extensive expertise in social work and research, Gilbert supports the center across various research agendas, ensuring the successful coordination and execution of impactful projects. Her background in community mental health and qualitative research provides a comprehensive understanding of complex social issues. Gilbert’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure effective management of logistics, timelines, and budgets. Committed to evidence-based approaches and equitable practices, she strives to drive positive social change and improve outcomes for marginalized populations.
Gilbert holds a master’s degree in social work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Outside of her professional role, Gilbert enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, playing basketball, and roller skating.
