Michal Grinstein-Weiss is the Brown School’s Shanti K. Khinduka Distinguished Professor and Director of the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis.  While engaged at CSD, her research focused on asset building with an emphasis on behavioral economics.

This is the first large-scale demonstration of Individual Development Accounts, with approximately 2,400 accounts opened at 13 sites across the country.
