By CSD • September 18, 2014November 4, 2021

This CSD Perspective was created from Leila Patel’s keynote address to the conference Social Innovation and Engagement: Social Challenges, Policy Practice, and Professional Training of Social Workers, which was held at Washington University in St. Louis, April 6-8, 2014. The Center for Social Development at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work invited Dr. Patel to tell her story on the White Paper for Social Welfare.
