William Elliott III is a CSD faculty director from the University of Michigan. His research focuses on inclusion in asset building with particular emphasis on children’s savings schemes. Dr. Elliott first began working with CSD as a social work graduate student in 2004.

Asset Building
CSD seeks to inform and put in place an inclusive 529 platform for educational savings to increase postsecondary degree success among lower-income children, youth, and non-traditional students.
