The issue builds upon contributions to the International Symposium on Inclusion in Asset Building: Policy Innovation and Social Impacts, which was convened at the National University of Singapore in 2017.
This paper analyzes how Taiwan’s Children Future Education and Development Accounts were developed and implemented. It describes the policy structure, reviews Taiwan’s policy history, and outlines future challenges in policy implementation.
