The COVID-19 pandemic has created numerous challenges across the globe, but it has also inspired innovation. This report presents analyses of innovations emerging within the volunteering community and of the challenges that gave rise to them. It also examines the pandemic responses of volunteering leadership organizations and their roles in marshalling volunteer effort to meet challenges.
